Teaching in Tulsa

OU-Tulsa Map - Please click here. Please be advised that construction on the OU-Tulsa campus is underway as well as on the surrounding streets, although all entrances are open.  The cafeteria area is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Several vending machines and a microwave are available.

Hotel Reservations
The A&S staff person in Tulsa should contact you directly regarding your hotel reservations. If you have additional lodging requests, please contact the A&S office at (918) 660-3488 or adougless@ou.edu.

Commuter/ Adjunct Office
Please contact the A&S office in Tulsa at (918) 660.3488. The commuter office has a phone and a computer and will also allow you access to a copier. If you plan to arrive Friday evening after 5:00 pm, please call and make arrangements ahead of time.

IT in the classroom - Please Click Here
The above link directs you to an online tutorial that will assist you in using the IT equipment in your classroom. If you have an immediate need, please call the help line at (918) 660-3550. Also, there is a phone located in each classroom. Dial "9" for an outside line.

OU-Tulsa is wireless-you should be able to access the network just as you do in Norman.

Evaluations
Your class evaluations will be delivered to your class the last week before finals for a 16 week course, or the last Friday of a weekend course. If you have any questions, please contact the A&S office in Tulsa at (918) 660-3488 or email Alisa Dougless.

Key Card Access
If you would like a keycard for the Schusterman campus, please call Marin Propp at (918) 660-3065. You will need to arrange to meet him for a photo. The keycard will allow you to access the building through any door, not just the security entrance.

Library
Please plan ahead if you are using the library. The resources may not be exactly the same as Bizzell Library, but with a bit of notice, the library can be very accomodating. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
