Advisory Committee on Women's Issues

 

Our charge from the Dean: "This committee discusses and provides advice to the Dean and faculty on issues facing women faculty in the College, including gender equity, the recruitment and retention of women, tenure and promotion strategies, opportunities for research and professional development, distribution of teaching and service assignments, and other challenges facing the female faculty of the College. The committee will report to the Dean of the College and make recommendations to the Dean and faculty."
