A&S LEADERSHIP SCHOLARS

The Leadership Scholars Program recognizes an elite group of 60 undergraduate students in the College of Arts and Sciences who have a meritorious record of academic achievement with a GPA of 3.5 or above and university or community service. Students in the program are challenged to maintain their exceptional academic performance and to learn necessary leadership skills to shape the world around them. Students interact with mentors and attend monthly meetings to discuss leadership training, campus resources, graduate programs, career opportunities, and current issues with special guest speakers.

In addition to scholarship support for those members who have financial need, all students selected for the program benefit from leadership enhancement activities, enjoy social gatherings and participate in service projects.
