The analysis and structure involved with the design of any good multimedia course are educationally stimulating.  With online courses it is vital to ensure that they are instructionally sound, allowing students to learn without technology impeding their educational experiences.

I completed my BLS with a concentration in Administrative Leadership in 2001 from OU.  Immediately after completing my bachelor’s degree, I started my master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Technology with an emphasis in Instructional Design.  I completed my M.Ed. in 2004.  Through my educational experiences, I discovered my passion for producing quality online programs that are educationally sound.

During my career I have developed training for various government and private industries, most recently working on the University of Oklahoma contract with the Federal Aviation Administration to develop training for the air traffic control division.  I have designed computer-based instruction, web-based instruction, gaming simulations, and instructor-led training.

I am extremely excited about the opportunity I have as an educator to assist College of Arts and Sciences faculty in meeting best practices for online courses.
