Description:An introductory applied statistics course which will focus on descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Emphasis will be placed on in-class activities and homework which help the student learn by experience. Topics include measures of central tendency and variability, z-scores, normal distribution, correlation, regression, sampling distributions, hypotheses testing, t-tests and chi-square tests. Proctored Exams: Proctored final exam is required. Date and time will be posted here as soon as that infomation becomes available. Students who live outside the Norman/OKC metro area will be accommodated. Please contact instructor as soon as possible to make arrangements.
